Sarimelati Kencana Dividends Rp. 86.55 Billion

Director of Sarimelati Kencana, Jeo Sasanto said, the company distributed dividends to shareholders in the amount of Rp.28.64 per share. The amount of dividend distributed is equivalent to 50% of the 2018 net profit of IDR 173.10 billion. "The cumulative dividend schedule on May 7, 2019 and dividends will be paid no later than June 7, 2019," he said in Jakarta yesterday.
The remaining Rp86.55 billion is retained earnings for business development. He said, the dividend policy of 50% of the net profit was in accordance with the company's prospectus at the time of the IPO, while at the same time pampering its shareholders. "Our policy is indeed up to 50%.
Later this year, the company allocated Rp125 billion to build a sausage factory in Bekasi, West Java, with a capacity of up to 3,150 tons per year. Hut Restaurant (PHR) and Pizza Hut Delivery (PHD). At present the production facilities are under construction.
Sarimelati Kencana Director, Frederick Estrada Cadlaon added, the funds allocated were IDR 125 billion, sourced from internal cash for the construction of the facility.
