How to make salted chicken egg Pao

Sriboga Costumer Center (SSC) introduces the creation of buns that can be an inspiration for those of you who love to make cakes. This time it's Salted Chicken Egg Pao. Chef Dwi Winarno from SSC gave a presentation on how to make this famous dish with the soft texture.


How to make salted chicken egg Pao

To make it, Chef Dwi told, the ingredients needed are:

1. 1000 gr Sriboga Ninja flour

2. 100 grams of refined sugar

3. 10 grams of yeast

4. 10 grams of baking powder

5. 450 grams of water

6. 60 grams of lemak reroti


For stuffing, Chef Dwi said, what needs to be prepared are:

1. 300 grams of chicken meat

2. 3 grams of salted eggs

3. 10 grams of garlic

4. 30 grams of onions

5. Sweet soy sauce to taste

6. Oyster sauce to taste

7. Salted soy sauce to taste

8. Salt to taste

9. White to taste

Chef Dwi said, "How to make it, mix Sriboga Ninja flour, yeast, refined sugar, and baking powder. Stir until evenly distributed". After that, he continued, add water and stir until it is lumpy.

Chef Dwi said, "Add lemak reroti, stir until observe, and let stand for 15 minutes. Weigh to 60 grams, then let stand 10 minutes".

Next, Chef Dwi continued, thin the dough then fill in chicken meat and salted eggs then ferment. Steam for 13 minutes.

While making the contents, the first thing to do is heat the oil in a Teflon pan, add the onions and garlic.

He said "After that enter the chicken meat and salted eggs. Add sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce, salty sauce, salt, and white pepper. Cook until the seasoning is absorbed".
