Over the past three years we have made significant progress in ensuring our company is ready for change, adaptable and even more robust. SRR has developed a more efficient structure, resulting in clear objectives that focus on downstream investments, particularly in the foodservice industry.
Our future strategy results from our strengths, our operational excellence and nationwide operations in the foodservice sector. The opportunities to continue to build and expand in the foodservice sector will see SRR become the largest and fastest growing food service company in Indonesia by 2020.
Since 2014, our strategy has seen us adapt to change and strengthen our business by optimising investment and reducing costs. We have concentrated on our strategic downstream sector, and accelerated the reorganisation of our logistics and mid-downstream sector.
WHAT DOES THE SRR STRATEGY AIM TO ACHIEVE?
The 2018-2021 plan will allow us to speed up income generation by building a high-margin portfolio, thanks to the quality and standing of our operational assets and the design-to-cost approach of our operating model.
