WHAT IS BOAT NOODLE?
In Bangkok, Boat Noodles are made and served in small boats, which people eat on the banks of the canals. Boat Noodles are served with a little soup, but which is full of flavor to make the noodles tasty like the Ayutthaya and Pathumtani. The Pathumtani soup is a dark, complex soup that is sweet and tangy, with a hint of star anise and cinnamon.
The Boat Noodles are served in small portions and customers have the choice of ordering various soup and noodle combinations. Hence, creating the excitement of stacking many bowls. We are especially proud of our Chill-Chill drinks, tasty Ayam Legend and the favorite Sangkaya.
